How We Operate

Unlike other agencies that just send any aide to your home, we at In Home Personal Care have a different philosophy:

• We encourage our clients to meet our homecare aides before providing any services. This reduces turnover by allowing both the client and the aide to ensure they feel comfortable working with each other.
• Our clients have complete control in scheduling their homecare aides.
• We carefully pre-screen applicants and require them to complete a comprehensive training program.
• If you prefer to keep your current aide or nurse, you are welcome to refer them to us.
